We've been on the frontlines of social and digital for almost 20 years. Heroes, dragons, Jedis, bloodsuckers, bears… you name the moment, we were very likely there, cutting our teeth on the world's most loved fandoms and franchises. From a 16-year journey on Harry Potter, to countless Batman titles, a truly global launch for Amazon Studio's Rings of Power, and every Hunger Games, Twilight, PAW Patrol, Paddington, and DC title along the way.
Together, we've initiated, enthralled, astonished, journeyed, chuckled, sobbed, and established some of the most globally prominent film and television series, from the earliest stages of development, to 100 million hungry fans on social.
In 2023, with countless titles behind us, a team of 60 working remotely from around the world, and a social production studio in Downtown Los Angeles – we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver time and time again, leaning in to our belief in the power of fandom, and strategizing for the world's greatest storytellers as they unfold new worlds. Each chapter is a privilege and an adventure, and like any good story, we are only just getting started.
Every company talks about their culture. Some say theirs is unrivalled. Many talk the talk… but don't ultimately walk the walk. We don't have ping pong tables to speak of. We don't have fancy coffee machines. Why? Because we're fully remote and that means absolutely zero offices.
Everybody on our team works from their own slice of paradise, wherever that finds them, and we welcome both flexible working hours, as well as a diversity of minds, cultures, and fresh new ideas. Our focus? Career defining moments, amongst a team who love coming to work everyday.
Twice a year, we assemble as a team in both the US and UK – in addition to twice monthly smaller gatherings in London, Los Angeles and beyond. The result is 60 varied, vibrant and regularly-challenged minds, from every walk of life, collaborating with a focus on respect and shared ambition, to do the best creative work of our careers.
In 2023, we opened a 2,000 sq ft dedicated social content production studio in Downtown Los Angeles — available to our client partners for shoots, content projects, and creative workshops.
Outfitted with everything needed for social content production — from TikTok to YouTube, podcasts to product shoots — it's the centrepiece of our consumer products workflow, acts as a base for talent content capture, and enables us to bring ideas to life as quick as you can brief them.
